This year didn’t begin quietly.

We entered the new year on the heels of post-holiday depletion, layered with a powerful full moon, and the energetic undertones of the Year of the Horse, a symbol of movement, drive, freedom, and forward momentum.

That combination can be intense.

  • Post-holiday fatigue is real. Our nervous systems have been “on” for weeks — socially, emotionally, financially, and energetically.
